Snell Crane Service is happy to be working with Sierra Construction on the brand new Prologis Georgetown Crossing, a revolutionary multistory fulfillment center located by S. Michigan Street in South Seattle.  This 590,000 SF industrial warehouse will feature truck ramps leading to loading docks on the second level.  A third floor, will support lighter-scale warehouse operations.  The project is scheduled to be complete in October of 2018.   Snell Crane is happy to help put a roof on the treasured, iconic Olympia Brewery in Tumwater.  The old roof was dilapidated after years of neglect, and water was severely damaging the landmark building.  We were called on to help lift framing and roofing materials into place, in hopes the building will be around for future generations.
