Snell Crane Service is happy to be working with Sierra Construction on the brand new Prologis Georgetown Crossing, a revolutionary multistory fulfillment center located by S. Michigan Street in South Seattle. This 590,000 SF industrial warehouse will feature truck ramps leading to loading docks on the second level. A third floor, will support lighter-scale warehouse operations. The project is scheduled to be complete in October of 2018.
They are currently utilizing a DOC High-Rise Material Hoist installed in the elevator shaft of the building, our first installation of this type. We also assisted in hanging structural steel and mechanical equipment.
