Home / High-Rise Material Hoists and Loading Decks
Material hoists and loading decks for extended multi-story projects, built by our sister company DOC Manufacturing. Keep the tower crane on task and the elevators clear.

DOC Hoist
Every hour a tower crane spends ferrying drywall and pipe is an hour it isn't setting steel. DOC material hoists and loading decks move material floor to floor on extended multi-story projects, so the crane stays on the structural picks only a crane can make.
The hoist mounts at the building edge and lands loads on retractable decks at any floor. Trades unload their own deliveries during normal hours, without waiting on crane time or tying up the construction elevator.
Why Foremen Keep It on the Job
A dedicated hoisting line runs alongside the crane and the elevator, so material keeps moving during normal hours and overtime stays down.
Hoist and Deck Specs
Loading decks retract flush when idle and can be set or relocated in about 10 minutes with the hoist or a crane. They work in almost any concrete or steel-framed building and run on a standard 110V outlet.
At Prologis Georgetown Crossing, a 590,000 sq ft multistory fulfillment center in South Seattle, we installed a DOC material hoist in the building's elevator shaft for Sierra Construction. Our cranes also set the structural steel and mechanical equipment.
