Operated cranes for harbor, mill, utility and building lifts from Port Townsend and Sequim to Forks.
Crane Rental in Port Angeles
Snell Crane Service lifts marine equipment, mill components, steel, rooftop units and utility gear in Port Angeles, Sequim, Port Townsend and around the Olympic Peninsula. Out here a missing spreader bar or counterweight load can't be fixed with a quick run back to the yard, so we plan the whole trip before it starts.
Our project managers confirm the site, write the lift plan and line up the permits, and the crane, counterweight, rigging and crew travel up US-101 together. Our NCCCO-certified operators have handled peninsula lifts since 1992.

Local Know-How
The peninsula is long and the roads are few. US-101 runs from Olympia up Hood Canal and across to Port Angeles and Forks, and SR-104 brings traffic in over the Hood Canal Bridge. Oversize loads need routes and permits that fit both, and we take care of all the permits, paperwork and hassle.
In Port Angeles the work centers on the harbor, the waterfront industrial area and its mills and marine yards. Sequim and Port Townsend bring medical, school and residential work plus marine trades, and Forks and the west end bring timber and utility sites on gravel and logging roads. Marine weather off the Strait of Juan de Fuca shapes the lift window.
